Before you log in: who can have an account
An account is open to Canadian residents aged 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The exception is Ontario: the operator is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents cannot sign up and Ontario IP addresses are blocked at login. If you are travelling through Ontario, expect the login to fail there too.
VPNs are not allowed. Logging in through one can get the account closed, so turn it off before you open the site. One account per person, household and IP address is the rule.
Creating the account

If you do not have an account yet, sign-up takes about two minutes. You enter an email address, a password, your country and province, your account currency (CAD, USD or EUR) and your date of birth. Choose CAD unless you have a reason not to; it avoids conversion fees on Interac deposits.
Use your real details. The name and address must match the documents you upload for KYC before the first withdrawal, and a mismatch is the most common reason for a delayed payout. Our terms page explains the verification rules in plain English.
The normal login
Logging in to SpinLoots is deliberately plain: click Log in, enter your email and password, and you are in the lobby. The site remembers you on a trusted device until you log out or clear your cookies. On a shared computer, always log out from the account menu rather than just closing the tab.
On mobile, the login is identical in the browser and in the home-screen web app. There is no App Store or Google Play app, so be wary of any app claiming to be the casino’s official download.
Turning on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but worth the minute it takes:
- Open the account menu and go to the security settings.
- Choose two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code the app shows to confirm.
- Store the backup details somewhere safe, offline.
From then on, every login asks for a fresh code after your password. If you change phones, move the authenticator to the new device before wiping the old one, or contact live chat to reset 2FA after an identity check.
Forgotten password
Click Forgot password on the login form and enter your registered email. The casino sends a reset link that stays valid for 60 minutes. Open it, choose a new password and log in again. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.
An expired link simply means requesting a new one. Each new request cancels the previous link.
Locked out after wrong passwords
Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 30 minutes. This is a security brake, not a penalty, and it lifts on its own. You can wait it out or use the reset link straight away. If the lock keeps coming back without your doing, someone may be trying your email: reset the password, switch on 2FA and tell live chat.
After you log in: three quick checks
- Verification status. Upload photo ID and a proof of address dated within 3 months early; review usually takes 24–48 hours.
- Limits. Set deposit, loss or session limits in the Responsible Gaming section before you play, not after.
- Active bonus. If you opted into the welcome offer, the bonus wallet shows the wagering left. Requesting a withdrawal while it is active forfeits the bonus.
The offers themselves are explained on our promotions page.
Keeping the account safe
A few habits do more than any setting. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep it in a password manager rather than in your browser on a shared device. Only log in through the address you typed yourself or a link you trust: SpinLoots support never asked for our password or 2FA code in five chats, so treat any message that does as phishing. If you think someone else has accessed the account, change the password, switch on 2FA and ask live chat to review recent logins and withdrawals.
When the login still fails
Most failed logins come down to a VPN, an Ontario IP address, a cached old session or a typo in the email. Clear the browser cache, try another browser or the web app, and check that no VPN or proxy is running. Live chat is open 24/7 in English and French and answered our questions in under 2 minutes.
