Which documents we read
The casino has two sets of rules: the General Terms, which cover your account, payments and complaints, and the Bonus Terms, which cover every promotion. Both were dated 1 October 2026 when we read them for this edition. Terms can change; the casino’s current version always wins over our summary, so check the date at the top of each document before you rely on any figure here.
Who can play
You must be 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The operator is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents cannot open an account and Ontario IP addresses are blocked. The terms allow one account per person, household and IP address, and VPNs are not allowed; breaking either rule can lead to the account being closed. Your details must match the documents you upload, because the casino checks identity before the first withdrawal.
Welcome bonus rules, with the maths
The welcome offer is 200% up to C$8,000 + 250 Free Spins on your first deposit, minimum C$20. The bonus is twice your deposit, so the cap is reached at a C$4,000 deposit.

The wagering applies to the bonus only, not to deposit plus bonus, and must be completed within 30 days. That is fairer than many offshore offers, but on a large bonus it is still a lot of play. Most players will find a smaller deposit easier to clear.
Free spins in plain English
The 250 Free Spins arrive as 25 a day for 10 days on Big Bass Splash, each worth C$0.20, so C$50 of spins in total. Each daily batch must be used within 24 hours or it expires. Winnings from the spins are paid as bonus funds with the same 35x wagering, and the most they can turn into is C$100 of cash. Anything above that is removed when you finish wagering.
Max bet, game weighting and bonus buys
While any bonus is active, the maximum bet is C$7.50 per spin or round. This is the clause most likely to cost players money: one oversized bet can be enough for the casino to cancel the bonus and the winnings that came from it. The maximum win from a single spin with bonus funds follows the same rule.
Not every game counts the same towards wagering:

In practice, clear the bonus on regular slots at modest stakes.
Payment exclusions and withdrawals
Deposits by Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard do not qualify for the welcome bonus. If you want the offer, deposit with Interac, iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter, a card or crypto. Only one bonus can run at a time, and asking for a withdrawal while a bonus is active forfeits it; your own deposit stays withdrawable.

Verification and dormant accounts
Before the first withdrawal, the casino asks for photo ID, proof of address dated within 3 months and, when requested, proof of your payment method. Review usually takes 24–48 hours. Uploading early avoids a wait at cash-out time.
An account with no login for 12 months becomes dormant, and a C$5 monthly fee is then charged against any balance left. If you stop playing, withdraw what is left or log in at least once a year.
Complaints and disputes
The terms set out three steps. First, live chat, which is open 24/7 in English and French. Second, an email to the complaints team through the Help Centre form. Third, the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) procedure of the licensing authority named in the terms. Our take on the small print
For an offshore casino the terms are fairly readable, and wagering on the bonus only is a genuine plus. The clauses to watch are the C$7.50 max bet, the payment exclusions, the C$100 cap on free-spin winnings and the dormancy fee. Get those right and there are few surprises left.
